Patrick brings a lifetime of hands-on boating and sailing experience, having been raised in a family that embraced a “any free time is spent on the water” philosophy. His first overnight aboard the family boat in Long Island Sound was at just six months old, and his passion for boating has only grown since. Patrick began sailing at age seven and quickly became a dedicated, year-round sailor, competing even during the off-season in the Cedar Point Yacht Club Frostbite Series racing Lasers. He continued to race competitively through the St. Mary’s College of Maryland offshore program, as well as in various keelboat racing programs throughout the Chesapeake Bay and Long Island Sound.

Patrick’s professional marine career began at age 14 at Norwalk Yacht Club, his home club, where he was responsible for seasonal maintenance of the club-owned power and sail fleet and assisted with maintaining the large mooring field and rigging. Once certified, he operated the club launch during summers throughout high school and college, all while remaining an active competitive sailor.

After graduating from St. Mary’s College of Maryland, Patrick managed the boat department at Landfall, overseeing a rigging shop and small racing boat sales, while also managing several private racing boats. He later joined Cooley Marine, where he spent seven years leading operations and project management. During this time, he gained extensive hands-on experience in full restorations, refits, and complex repairs, with a specialization in composites and paint.

Through years of hands-on experience, Patrick has developed a meticulous eye for detail and a deep understanding that exceptional craftsmanship must be matched by exceptional communication. He believes that a project is only a success when clients are genuinely ecstatic—not just with the finished product, but with the entire process from start to finish.

Known for his hands-on leadership style, Patrick is actively involved in every project to ensure the highest standards of quality, accountability, and execution. His commitment to excellence and relationship-driven approach has earned the trust and loyalty of his clients, many of whom return for future projects and become long-term partners and friends.
